- Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit:
- Your IP address
- Browser and device type
- Pages visited, and the date and time of your visit
- The website that referred you
We use this information to keep the site secure, fix problems, and understand which guides people find useful.
Cookies
Visitors who simply read our pages get few or no cookies from us. WordPress sets cookies for site administrators when they log in, and our hosting provider may use cookies for security and site performance.
If we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Reply to your messages and questions
- Send the newsletter, if you sign up
- Keep the site secure and working properly

We will not send you marketing emails unless you sign up for them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website
- Google Workspace, which handles our email
- MailerLite, which sends our newsletter and stores subscriber email addresses and names. MailerLite may record whether emails are opened and links are clicked, so we can see which guides are most useful.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our site, our visitors, or others.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and emails: as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted on a regular basis.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
To make a request, email info@allcontactcenter.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state or international privacy laws, and we will honor requests made under those laws.
How we protect your information
The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, our accounts use strong passwords and two-step verification, and we limit who can access your information. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children’s privacy
This site is meant for adults working in or with contact centers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our guides sometimes link to other websites, such as government agencies or industry sources. We are not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site grows, for example when we add a newsletter or new tools. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. For major changes, we’ll post a notice on the site.
